Despite the rain...

Summer is finally here...school is out...and my 10 year old has his first summer job!

I'm so excited for Ryan, he's been asking for 2 years to be the clown at the road for Flower's Cornwall, and this year he got hired on!

It's only 2 hours a week, and that suits him, and me just fine.

Alex is less than a month away from celebrating her 1st birthday, and she's just about ready to let go of my hand and walk on her own.

We're all frustrated right now with the amount of rain we've been getting. Our pool was officially opened a week and a half ago - and we haven't been in it yet!

Is Mother nature going through menopause...what did we do to deserve the marathon winter we got and the summer that won't seem to kick in???

Anyway, I hope the kids enjoy the sunshine...when it gets here for good!
